The Ref. 212.30.41.20.01.003 is available exclusively with a black ceramic dial, which is indicated by the "003" in the reference number. With its lacquered and polished surface, it embodies a sporty and elegant spirit of the times. The brushed diver's bezel with its 12 notches and 60-minute graduation and its black ceramic insert matches the colour of the dial perfectly. For optimal viewing, there is a luminous dot in a triangle at 12 o'clock.
Telling the time exactly, even in the dark, is ensured by the indices designed with Superluminova. They appear in the form of bars and dots and they stand out impressively against the black dial. The skeletonized hour and minute hands are also filled with the same luminous material. The filigree seconds hand is also crowned by a red tip that glides over the seconds register. The date is displayed in silver, also on a black background. A scratch-resistant and double-sided anti-reflective sapphire crystal curves protectively over the hands and the dial.
Special extras and the Omega Ref. 212.30.41.20.01.003 bracelet
The helium valve protects the watch during saturation diving against increasing pressure which could cause the watch glass to pop out. To prevent this from happening, helium molecules can escape through this safety valve during decompression. This system is not normally used in conventional recreational diving.
