The mini sensation
In 1990, Nomos began its rise from a small manufacturer in Glashütte to an exclusive watch manufacturer renowned around the globe. With the launch of the NOMOS swing system at Baselworld in 2014, the success of Nomos Glashütte was unstoppable. Following the successful development of its own range, the company became an independent manufacturer of the finest watches.
Its reputation finds its home in the slim watches of the Nomos Minimatik watch series. Model cases are made of stainless steel and have a three parts transparent base protected by sapphire crystal glass. The dial itself has a domed sapphire crystal cover and impresses with its cyan-coloured accents. Unlike waterproof models such as the Nomos Ahoi, watches in the Nomos Minimatik series are only splashproof.
All models in the Nomos Minimatik series sit perfectly on the wrist as the housings have been designed from lug to lug to create one continuous line. The 'little sensation' - as the Nomos Minimatik was named by the media - is finished with a robust and remborded leather bracelet available in different colours such as champagne or black. The high-quality leather is environmentally friendly and suitable for allergy sufferers. The unique wing clasp was designed in Berlin where it is manufactured.
